Where Forgotten Films Dwell

Welcome to this site! It exists for one reason: to preserve the memory of films that have been forgotten about or under-appreciated throughout the ages. Take a seat, read an entry, leave a comment. You might discover your new favorite movie!

  1. Wow, this was a tough decision. I went through all of the reviews trying to sort them out, and not only did I find that each entry on the list brought something new to the table, but that I pretty much had to cut my "top tier" in more than half to create my Top 5. Lots of great, fun reviews in this project, and it wounded me to take some of them off my voting list. Awesome work everyone!! And congrats to Nate for such a successful project - thanks for being such a great host!

  2. I didn't even know there would be this sort of voting at the end. Far as I'm concerned all the posts were terrific and I learned all sorts of new things about films I thought I knew pretty well and especially about films I hadn't seen in MANY years, if ever. IT's going to be difficult to go back and look over everything with a hard eye. But I'll do my best. :)

You did a wonderful job bringing all this together, Nate. I congratulate you again. This was SO much fun!

  4. Thanks Nathanael for hosting this blogathon! I had a lot of fun participating, and look forward to future blogathons.

I enjoyed reading the other entries, and choosing only five will be tough!

  5. First you give us the fun part and then you hit us with this?!

Okay. It won't be easy, but...okay.

  7. Oh wow, I know what I'm doing tonight!

Nate, any way you could send this out to the participants as an email? The only reason I found out what because I saw some traffic coming from here when I was checking my stats so I clicked over. Otherwise I wouldn't have known.

    Thanks, Cliff

  10. My first blogathon--and how lucky to have had such a great host. Thanks, Nathanael--like Jiffy Pop, it was the magical treat as much fun to make as it was to eat!

  11. Nate, Team Bartilucci has already sent you our picks. What a challenge, with so many great bloggers participating! Pat yourself on the back for a job well-done, O Fearless Leader!

Now you've got another honor: thanks to our friend and fellow blogger Yvette, you've been chosen as one of the recipients of the Liebster Blog! Congratulations, my friend! If you know five bloggers who you think need a little love, spread it around: tell them you think they're the awesome, and link back to the blog which gave you the award (in this case, Tales of the Easily Distracted :-)).

    Got questions? Ask Yvette:
